文章设计并实现了一种梭型散热片装置,结合环形半导体制冷片对像增强器的光阴极直接制冷。首先利用COMSOL仿真软件对散热片散热性能做了仿真测试,最后实际测试了该散热装置的散热性能。仿真与实验结果比较符合,并且都表现出该散热装置可以达到比较理想的散热效果,与此同时,也有效减小了因采用水冷却系统的体积,增加了系统的便携性。
The paper designs and implements a shuttle-type heat sink device, which combines with the direct-current cathode cooling of the image intensifier with a ring-shaped semiconductor cooling chip. First of all, the thermal performance of the heat sink is simulated by COMSOL simulation software. Finally, the thermal performance of the heat sink is tested. Simulation and experimental results are in good agreement with each other, and all show that the cooling device can achieve the ideal heat dissipation effect. At the same time, the water cooling system is effectively reduced in volume and the portability of the system is increased.
