为探讨三硝基甲苯(TNT)白内障的发病途径与发病机理,自1979年以来,对家兔进行了染毒实验。实验前对每只家兔的晶状体进行了裂隙灯显微镜观察,以便挑选晶状体透明的实验用家兔。在观察中发现每只家兔的晶状体均有不同程度的规律性混浊。关于正常兔眼晶状体纤维细胞超微结构方面的研究虽已有新的发展,但有关正常兔眼光学显微镜观察方面的报导,至今在我们查阅的资料中尚少见。现将我们所观察的正常家兔晶状体透明度情况报告如下。
To explore the pathogenesis and pathogenesis of trinitrotoluene (TNT) cataract, experiments on rabbits were carried out since 1979. Slit-lamp microscopy was performed on each rabbit’s lens prior to the experiment in order to pick the lens-transparent experimental rabbit. In the observation found that each rabbit lens has varying degrees of regular opacity. Although there have been some new developments in the research on the ultrastructure of normal rabbit lens cells, the reports on the observation of normal rabbit ophthalmoscope are still rare until now. Now we observe the normal rabbit lens transparency is as follows.
