本文介绍γ-Fe_2O_3气敏感应体气敏特性的研究结果。研究表明, 烧结型γ-Fe_2O_3气敏感应体对丙烷等气体具有较高的灵敏度以及较好的选择性,具有良好的湿度特性。它的失效机理主要在于一定温度下转变为无气敏性的α-Fe-2O_3。选择适当的添加剂及工艺处理可以推迟这种转变的发生。
This article describes the results of the gas sensing properties of γ-Fe_2O_3 gas sensor. The results show that the sintered γ-Fe 2 O 3 gas sensor has high sensitivity and good selectivity to propane gas and has good humidity characteristics. Its failure mechanism mainly lies in the transformation to a gas-free α-Fe-2O_3 at a certain temperature. Choosing the right additive and process can delay this shift.
