纸质表面增强拉曼散射基底的制备及其应用进展

表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)光谱具有高灵敏度、高分辨率的优点,可表征分子的指纹振动光谱,实现对样品的无损测量,在光谱分析领域具有重要应用。SERS光谱的灵敏度、稳定性及可重复性与所用的SERS基底性能密切相关。目前常用的SERS硬质基底存在制备过程复杂、柔性差、不便携带且易碎的缺点。利用纸张作为支撑的SERS纸质基底能有效解决硬质基底存在的问题,满足未来分析检测领域快速、便携以及个性化的需求。介绍了当前制备纸质SERS基底的主要方法,包括直接浸泡/滴加法、喷墨打印法、化学反应法和物理喷镀法,并对纸质SERS基底在生物医学分析与传感、环境分析以及食品安全等领域的具体应用进展进行了阐述。
