目的 探究病人肠镜检查前肠道准备的护理措施.方法 入选180例消化内科肠镜检查患者,采用随机方式导入,各90例,观察组给予个体化护理干预、对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组各项指标.结果 观察组肠道清洁程度优于对照组,(P<0.05).观察组肠镜检查患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05.观察组护理后服务与技术、关心和爱护、环境与指导评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 病人肠镜检查前肠道准备的护理对提高肠道清洁度具有重要作用,且能够降低不良反应发生风险,值得研究和推广.
