Today there is a big interest in reducing the maintenance costs and the costs of idleness of machines in continuous operation and in increasing their reliability.Therefore.maintenance on condition is used.This means that a trend analysis and a fault prediction are made only with the use of sensor signals and their normal range.For this purpose mostly statistical models are used.So you can decide if the sensor signal is "within the normal range" or "out of the normal range-defective".
