一:问题的提出上海地区青少年的体质在全国十六省市中为倒数第一位。特征是身高、体重、胸围的比例失调。有人描绘上海青少年是高而不壮,体型象“绿豆芽”。我认为造成这种身体发育不够匀称,存在身高高、体重轻、胸围窄、肺活量小,体力差等瘦弱型状况的原因有可能是学校体育教学中缺乏“健美”、“举重”等教材的关系。因此健美训练是解决青少年瘦弱型状况的有效途径。为此我于84年3月——12月,在我院一、二年级学生中,成立了“健美训练队”,对改变“绿豆芽”体型进行了实践性的研究,(健美训练的基本器械是杠铃
