笔者通过对1980—2011年97个样本国家进行全要素能源效率的测算,采用Malmquist指数法,考察了技术进步、纯技术效率、规模效率对全要素能源效率的影响。结果表明,世界全要素能源效率总体呈增长趋势,主要来自技术效率的改进,技术进步则出现了下降;收入较低国家的全要素能源效率增长更为迅速;我国的全要素能源效率出现了下降,主要原因是技术退步。
Through the calculation of total factor energy efficiency of 97 sample countries from 1980 to 2011, the author uses Malmquist index method to examine the impact of technological progress, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency on total factor energy efficiency. The results show that the overall factor energy efficiency of the world shows an overall upward trend, mainly due to the improvement of technical efficiency and technological progress, and the decline of total factor energy efficiency in China’s lower-income countries. The total factor energy efficiency of China has also declined , The main reason is that technology is regressive.
