本文报道人参茎叶皂甙(Ginsenosides of stem and leaf panax Ginseng GSL)50毫克/公斤体重腹腔和静脉给药,均增加麻醉豚鼠哇巴因LD_(100)剂量(毒性降低);人参茎叶皂甙50毫克/公斤体重静脉注射,降低麻醉猫动脉压(AP)、左室内压(LVP)、心室内压上升最大速率(dp/dt_(max))。心输出量(CO)有所增加,其他心功指标无明显影响。由于AP、LVP、dp/dt_(max)降低,使TTI减少、提示心肌耗氧量降低,为临床治疗高血压、冠心病、心源性休克等循环系统疾病提供药理学基础。
We reported that intraperitoneal and intravenous administration of Ginsenosides of stem and leaf panax Ginseng GSL (50 mg/kg body weight) increased the LD 100 dose of ouabain in anaesthetised guinea pigs (lower toxicity); Ginsenoside 50 mg Intravenous injection of Kg/kg body weight decreased the cat arterial pressure (AP), left ventricular pressure (LVP), and the maximum rate of intraventricular pressure increase (dp/dt_(max)). Cardiac output (CO) increased, while other cardiac performance indicators had no significant effect. Due to the decrease of AP, LVP, and dp/dt_(max), the decrease of TTI and the decrease of oxygen consumption in the myocardium provide a pharmacological basis for clinical treatment of hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiogenic shock and other circulatory diseases.
