为了进一步改善刮板输送机链轮链条传动系统的性能,利用Pro/E的三维辅助分析功能,对新设计的宽带链锻造立环进行了几何特性分析、联接运动分析、干涉检测等多项CAE分析,为锻造立环设计质量的提高提供了依据。
In order to further improve the performance of scraper conveyor sprocket chain drive system, the use of Pro / E three-dimensional auxiliary analysis function, the new design of the wideband chain forging ring geometry analysis, joint motion analysis, interference detection and a number of CAE Analysis, provide the basis for improving the quality of forging ring design.
