管理变革是企业发展壮大必经途径,几乎每个优秀的、卓越的企业腾飞壮大前都要经历一次或者多次的变革,变革的过程不仅仅是企业生产力提升、发展的过程,更是管理艺术和水平持续改进的主要体现。管理变革不是“一张纸”式的重新划分资源,而是从系统的管理决策中选择一条最有利于整体利益的选项,在这个过程中肯定存在利益损害和抵制,除此之外,更多的人对新事物和新模式会有很大的排斥情绪,个人的力量积聚可能会引导正确的执行结果或导致变革的灭亡。下面就企业管理变革中若干问题进行研究与剖析。
