目的:通过对蛋白酶激活受体-2(PAR-2)在人胰腺癌细胞及癌旁组织中表达态势的研究,以期明确PAR-2在胰腺癌中表达特点,并探索其相关机制。方法:收集胰腺癌标本,采用免疫组织化学(SP法)检测胰腺癌PAR-2基因的表达;培养胰腺癌细胞,采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测胰腺癌PAR-2基因的表达。结果:胰腺癌组PAR-2 mR-NA的表达高于对照组(P<0.01)。PAR-2在胰腺癌中的表达与患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),但癌细胞远处转移者显著高于无转移者(P<0.01)。结论:胰腺癌的发生与发展与PAR-2正相关。PAR-2在胰腺癌中的表达与患者年龄、性别无关;但与淋巴结转移正相关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression pattern of PAR-2 in pancreatic cancer cells and its adjacent tissues by studying the expression of PAR-2 in pancreatic cancer and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Pancreatic cancer specimens were collected and the expression of PAR-2 gene was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Pancreatic cancer cells were cultured and the expression of PAR-2 gene in pancreatic adenocarcinoma was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) expression. Results: The expression of PAR-2 mR-NA in pancreatic cancer group was higher than that in control group (P <0.01). The expression of PAR-2 in pancreatic cancer was not related to age and sex of patients (P> 0.05), but distant metastasis of cancer cells was significantly higher than that of those without metastasis (P <0.01). Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer and PAR-2. The expression of PAR-2 in pancreatic cancer was not related to the patient’s age and sex, but positively correlated with lymph node metastasis.
