知识吸收能力是近年来的研究热点,是形成和提升企业技术能力的核心要素,也是现代企业取得持续竞争优势的关键。由于国际并购是一种复杂性组织的复杂组织行为,加之文化障碍、技术障碍、组织障碍和知识距离的客观存在,将会对国际并购中的知识吸收能力产生直接或间接的影响,从而影响知识转移的效果和并购战略效果。在跨文化、跨组织、跨环境背景下,客观、系统地分析国际并购企业自身的知识吸收能力状况是至关重要的。研究将基于知识管理、企业能力、组织学习、国际并购和复杂性等学科理论,提出符合国际并购特点的知识吸收能力内涵、知识要素及影响因素,运用系统动力学方法构建知识吸收能力提升仿真模型,并提出今后研究的方向和重点。
Knowledge absorptive capacity is a research hotspot in recent years, which is the key factor to form and enhance the technological capabilities of enterprises. It is also the key for modern enterprises to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. As international mergers and acquisitions (M & A) is a complex organizational behavior of complex organizations, combined with the objective existence of cultural barriers, technical barriers, organizational barriers and knowledge distances, international mergers and acquisitions will have a direct or indirect impact on knowledge absorption capacity in international M & A, thus affecting knowledge The effect of transfer and the effect of M & A strategy. In an intercultural, cross-organizational and cross-environment context, it is of crucial importance to objectively and systematically analyze the status of knowledge acquisition capacity of international M & A firms. Based on the theories of knowledge management, enterprise competence, organizational learning, international mergers and acquisitions and complexity, this study proposes the connotation, knowledge elements and influencing factors of knowledge absorptive capacity in line with the characteristics of international M & A, and constructs a model of knowledge absorptive capacity enhancement , And put forward the direction and emphasis of future research.
