作者采用GERRARD和CHIANG(1970)提出的λ=α[-1n(1-p)~β]公式,查明作为溃疡病发生预测标准的发病叶百分率和严重度的关系,以简化发病考查的步骤。供试材料对溃疡病抗性弱的夏橙和抗性强的温州蜜柑。 1.把严重度(Y)变换为logY,病叶百分率(p)变换为log[-1n(1-p)],根据λ=α[-1n(1-p)~β]可以确立为以下回归方程式。对越冬夏秋叶、春叶、夏秋叶的推算精度(r~2)都很高,发病严重度可用病叶百分率进行推算。
