目的 :考察新工艺雪莲注射液药效并与旧工艺雪莲注射液作比较。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应、冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高、大鼠棉球肉芽肿、弗氏完全佐剂诱发大鼠关节炎模型以及绵羊红细胞致小鼠血清溶血素水平升高的模型来考察新工艺雪莲注射液抗炎、镇痛、免疫调节作用并与旧工艺的雪莲注射液进行比较。结果:新工艺雪莲注射液0.5 g/kg可显著减少冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数,抑制绵羊红细胞致小鼠血清溶血素水平升高,其作用优于临床等效剂量的旧工艺雪莲注射液;新工艺雪莲注射液0.5 g/kg可显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀和冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高,其作用与旧工艺雪莲注射液相当;新工艺雪莲注射液0.4 g/kg可显著抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿,其作用优于临床等效剂量的旧工艺雪莲注射液;新工艺雪莲注射液0.4 g/kg,对大鼠佐剂性关节炎具有显著保护作用,从抑制率来看,其保护作用优于旧工艺雪莲注射液。结论:新工艺雪莲注射液药效优于旧工艺雪莲注射液。
