绩效考核文化是人力资源管理工作中较为重要的一个方面,这项工作为人力资源在其他各方面的工作提高准确贴切的个人数据基础。它是个人在工作当中工作态度、工作能力、工作效果的综合描述关系着个人在集体中的从业资格、行业地位的考量。而机关政府中的人力资源、组织任命关系中。绩效考核文化更是不可或缺的。本文主要就绩效文化在政府人力资源组织任命方面做以分析探讨,以期实现更好的政府机构人力资源管理。
Performance appraisal culture is one of the more important aspects of human resources management. This work will improve the accurate personal data foundation for human resources in other aspects.
