通过化学还原的方法分别制备了具有正、负电性的纳米银胶 .利用透射电子显微镜表征了正、负电性银胶以及混合银胶体系中加入碱性品红分子后的聚集行为 .通过测定碱性品红分子在正、负电性银胶以及混合银胶体系中的表面增强拉曼光谱的变化 ,探讨了不同电性银胶基底对碱性品红表面增强拉曼活性的影响 .实验结果表明 ,混合溶胶体系所具有的不同于单一溶胶的聚集特性能有效的改善单银胶体系的表面增强拉曼散射活性 .
The positive and negative silver nanostructures were prepared by chemical reduction method respectively.The aggregation behavior of positive and negative electroconductive silver and mixed colloidal silver with basic fuchsin was characterized by transmission electron microscopy The changes of surface-enhanced Raman spectra of the fuchsine molecules in the positive and negative electro-conductive silver colloids and in the mixed silver colloids were investigated, and the effects of different silver colloidal silver-based substrates on the Raman activity of basic fuchsin surface were discussed. , The mixed sol-gel system possesses different aggregation characteristics from the single sol, which can effectively improve the surface-enhanced Raman scattering activity of single silver colloids.
