工作和家庭是一个人生活最为重要的两个方面,随着大量的女性员工进入职场,双薪制家庭成为社会中的主流家庭,工作家庭关系成为影响一个人职业是否成功,生活是否幸福的重要影响因素。该篇文章在总结前人研究的基础上,既研究工作家庭冲突,也研究工作家庭促进对个人绩效的影响,通过构建模型研究影响的路径,最终分别对个人以及企业提出通过改进工作家庭关系提高个人绩效的建议。 Work and family are the two most important aspects of a person’s life. As a large number of female employees enter the workforce, the dual-salary family becomes the mainstream family in society and the work-family relationship has a significant impact on the success of one’s career and the happiness of life factor. On the basis of summarizing the previous studies, this article not only studies the work-family conflict but also studies the impact of work-family promotion on individual performance. By building a model to study the path of influence, the paper finally proposes to improve the work-family relationship by individuals and enterprises Personal performance recommendations.
