在国内,工学交替是伴随着中职学校开展校企合作过程而产生的一种新型教育模式,经历了二十多年的发展逐渐走向成熟。本文首先阐述了工学交替的深层内涵,在此基础上从工学交替的专业性、社会性和规范性三个方面进行了分析,总结了工学交替有利于提高中职生的主动性、知识技能的衔接以及学生创新能力的培养,最后提出了遵循心理特点培养中职生的自信心、帮助学生完成角色的转换和培养社会责任感的建议,从而为现代中职教育和学生的长远发展发挥积极意义。
In our country, the alternation of work and study is a new type of education mode accompanied by the process of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools. After more than 20 years of development, it has gradually become mature. This article first elaborates the deep connotation of the alternation of work and study, on the basis of which, it analyzes from three aspects: professionalism, sociality and normativity. It concludes that the alternation of work and study is beneficial to improving the initiative, knowledge and skills Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate the self-confidence of secondary vocational students following the psychological characteristics, helping them to complete the role transformation and cultivating their sense of social responsibility, which will play an active role in the modern secondary vocational education and the long-term development of students.
