From November 17 to November 18, 2014, Li Bing, deputy leader of the medical reform leading group under the State Council and director of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, led an inspection to assess the comprehensive reform of county-level public hospitals in Anhui Province, guiding the work of pilot provinces in medical reform in an all-round way.
