随着我国交通法规的颁布实施,对行政管理法律适用和执法体制提出了更高的要求。本文分析了公路交通执法工作的现状及综合执法的必要性和可行性,对交通行政执法改革提出了一些建议。
With the promulgation and implementation of traffic laws and regulations in our country, higher requirements have been put forward on the application of law and the law enforcement system. This paper analyzes the status quo of highway traffic law enforcement and the necessity and feasibility of comprehensive law enforcement, and puts forward some suggestions on the traffic administrative law enforcement reform.
