目的研究术前肠内营养支持对食管癌病人术后营养状况的影响。方法对2008年1月至2008年12月河北医科大学附属唐山工人医院40例食管癌的临床资料进行分析。将40例食管癌病人随机分为两组,对照组20例,行术后早期肠内营养(EEN);治疗组20例,在EEN基础上术前口服能全素,肠内营养支持。所有病人均于术前1日及术后第8日测量体重,抽取静脉血测定血红蛋白及血清白蛋白含量,并于第8日留24h尿测尿素氮,计算氮平衡。结果治疗组与对照组比较,术后第8日体重变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血红蛋白、血清白蛋白含量及氮平衡比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前肠内营养支持能明显改善食管癌病人术后的营养状况。
Objective To study the effect of preoperative enteral nutrition on postoperative nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with esophageal cancer from Tangshan Workers Hospital, Hebei Medical University from January 2008 to December 2008 were analyzed. Forty patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 20 patients underwent early postoperative enteral nutrition (EEN); the treatment group of 20 patients on the basis of EEN oral pretreatment of vetogen and enteral nutrition. All patients were measured on the first day before operation and on the 8th day after operation. The venous blood samples were taken for determination of hemoglobin and serum albumin. Urine nitrogen was measured for 24 hours on the 8th day to calculate the nitrogen balance. Results There was no significant difference in body weight between the treatment group and the control group on the 8th postoperative day (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the hemoglobin, serum albumin and nitrogen balance in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Preoperative enteral nutrition support can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer.
