本文研究了在NH_3+CO_2+N_2气氛下对QT60—2球墨铸铁曲轴进行气体氮碳共渗的工艺方法。许多试验都在生产条件下进行的,我们已经找到了较好的成分比例和热处理工艺规程。在这同时,我们也试验了常用的通氨滴醇法,检查了表层的显微硬度和显微组织,说明全气体软氮化法是较优越的。气体成分长期稳定,控制方面也较容易做到,因此产品的一致性能可以得到保证。表层硬度,沿深度方面的硬度变化和表层的疏松等级都比常规的通氨滴醇法优越。
In this paper, the process of gas nitrocarburizing of QT60-2 ductile iron crankshaft in NH_3 + CO_2 + N_2 atmosphere was studied. Many tests are carried out under production conditions, we have found a better composition ratio and heat treatment process. At the same time, we also tested the commonly used ammonia drip method, examining the surface microhardness and microstructure, indicating that the whole gas soft nitriding method is superior. Long-term stability of the gas composition, the control is also easier to do, so the consistency of the product can be guaranteed. Surface hardness, along the depth of the hardness changes and the surface of the loose level than the conventional ammonia drip method superior.
