柴油机组合活塞设计的关键在于顶部的结构设计。在设计时必须用接触有限元法进行分析计算。选择合理的结构参数。如果采用一般的优化设计方法,十分费机时。本文提出了采用正交设计方法进行多目标的优化设计,这既可以显著地节省机时,又可以得到优化方案。本文以12V280 Z柴油机组合活塞顶部结构设计为实例,说明采用正交设计方法的具体过程和结果。从实例中可以看出正交设计方法的优越性。同时,还可以看出正交设计方法为内燃机复杂零件的优化设计开辟了新途径。

This paper presents a multi-objective optimization design using orthogonal design method, which can not only save machine time but also optimize the program. In this paper, the design of the top structure of 12V280Z diesel engine combined piston is taken as an example to illustrate the specific process and result of orthogonal design. From the example we can see the superiority of orthogonal design method. At the same time, it can also be seen that the orthogonal design method opens up a new way for the optimization design of complex parts of internal combustion engines.
