研究世界碳交易市场状况对我国碳交易市场形成及发展有重要意义。通过分析国际石油价格对世界碳交易市场的影响发现,随着国际油价上升,世界二级CDM市场、自愿OTC和CCX市场的交易量显著增加,而一级CDM和联合履约JI市场受到一定冲击,发达国家更倾向于内部碳交易,而减少与发展中国家的合作;同时,EUETS和二级CDM市场碳交易价格增幅显著,价格受影响最小的则为自愿的OTC和CCX市场。作为最大的二级CDM项目国家,建立体系健全制度成熟的二级CDM市场,有利于改善我国在世界碳交易市场定价权中的被动地位。
Studying the status of the world carbon trading market is of great significance to the formation and development of China’s carbon trading market. By analyzing the impact of international oil prices on the world carbon trading market, it is found that with the rise of international oil prices, the transaction volumes of the world’s secondary CDM market, voluntary OTC market and CCX market have increased significantly while the primary CDM and JI market have been hit to some extent. Developed countries are more inclined to internal carbon trading, while reducing cooperation with developing countries; the same time, EUETS and secondary CDM market, significant increase in the price of carbon trading, the least affected by the price of voluntary OTC and CCX markets. As the largest secondary CDM project country, setting up a mature secondary CDM market with sound system will help to improve our country’s passive position in the pricing power of the world carbon trading market.
