国际物业顾问DTZ戴德梁行发表分析指出,信贷危机造成环球市场波动,金融行业在经营方面趋于审慎。以致香港甲级写字楼市场于2008年第3季度的表现较上一季度沉寂,主要商业区的吸纳量少于上一季度。
Analyst DTZ DTZ said the credit crisis has caused global market volatility and the financial industry has become cautious in its operations. As a result, the Grade A office market in Hong Kong showed a more quiet performance in the third quarter of 2008 than the previous quarter, taking up less major business districts than the previous quarter.
