高校基层党组织是党建的重要组成部分,依托高校的文化优势,更能体现学习型组织的特点,更应该成为建设学习型党组织的表率。文章阐释了新形势下创建高校学习型基层党组织的必要性与迫切性,介绍了学习型党组织的理论渊源与内涵,指明了创建高校学习型基层党组织的原则,对如何创建高校学习型基层党组织进行了初步探讨,以期进一步推动高校党建工作的发展。
The grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities are an important part of the party building. Relying on the cultural superiority of colleges and universities, they can better embody the characteristics of the learning organization and even become the example of building a learning party organization. This article explains the necessity and urgency of establishing a learning-type grass-roots party organization in colleges and universities under the new situation. It introduces the theoretical origin and connotation of learning-oriented party organizations, points out the principle of establishing grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities, Grass-roots party organizations conducted a preliminary discussion, with a view to further promoting the development of party building in colleges and universities.
