两位旧日同事分别发我微信告知,鲁秀珍老师去世了。当时我正在松原和扎兰屯,悲伤之余,我只能默默地说一声,鲁老师,您一路走好。上世纪八十年代伊始,按照落实政策,我调转至《北方文学》杂志社工作,当时采用的编制是以工代干,而于此之前,我是一家全民所有制企业的大集体编制工人。这样说,我的同龄人大概都听得懂,可现在年轻人恐怕就很难明白了。1 980年1月3日,我到《北方文学》杂志社正式报到上班,被分配到编务组工作。
