2012年8月10日,亚太经合组织青年技能夏令营在北京开营,8月18日在上海闭营。国务委员兼国务院秘书长马凯出席了开营式并致辞。人社部部长尹蔚民在开营式上向营员代表授夏令营营旗,副部长王晓初主持开营式并在闭营式上致辞。本次夏令营是在胡锦涛主席倡议的亚太经合组织技能开发促进项目框架下,由中国政府举办的一项面向青年技能人才的活动。
On August 10, 2012, the APEC Youth Skills Summer Camp was opened in Beijing and closed in Shanghai on August 18. State Councilor and Secretary General of the State Council Mackay attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Yin Weimin, minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, granted a summer camp to the campers during the camp opening ceremony. Vice Minister Wang Xiaochu presided over the camp opening ceremony and addressed the camp. The summer camp is an activity organized by the Chinese government under the framework of the APEC Skills Development and Promotion Project initiated by President Hu Jintao, aimed at young skilled personnel.
