目的:分析人性化护理在妇科优质护理中的应用效果。方法:筛选2014年1月~2015年1月,医院妇科优质护理服务区收治的164例住院患者,对照组、观察组各纳入82例,观察组在优质护理服务基础上,强调满足个体化护理服务需求、注重协调家属陪护工作,对比相关指标。结果:对照组护理不良事件发生率30.49%、延期出院率8.54%高于观察组12.20%、0.00%,患者满意率91.46%低于观察组100.00%,观察组基础护理评分(93.3±4.8)分、病房管理评分(92.6±5.0)分高于对照组(88.4±5.4)分、(84.7±6.3)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以人性化护理理念指导妇科优质护理服务活动,有助于降低护理不良事件发生风险,提升基础护理、病房管理质量,获得患者好评。
Objective: To analyze the effect of humanized nursing in gynecological quality nursing. Methods: From January 2014 to January 2015, 164 cases of inpatients, control group and observation group admitted to the hospital gynecological quality care service area were enrolled in each of 82 cases. The observation group, on the basis of high-quality nursing services, emphasized that individualized nursing Service needs, focusing on coordination of family members escort, compared to related indicators. Results: In the control group, the incidence of adverse care events was 30.49%, and the delayed discharge rate was 8.54% higher than that of the observation group (12.20%, 0.00%). The satisfaction rate of the patients was 91.46% lower than that of the observation group (100.00%), and that of the observation group was 93.3 ± 4.8 (92.6 ± 5.0) were significantly higher than those in the control group (88.4 ± 5.4) and (84.7 ± 6.3) points, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Guided quality gynecological nursing service activities with humanized nursing concepts can help to reduce the risk of nursing adverse events, improve the quality of basic nursing and ward management, and get favorable comments from patients.
