Traditional ways can never be adequate for language teaching inour country.It’s time for us to consider some other ways to adopt.For the past 2 years,HEC(Harbin Educational Colloge)has invitedgroups of well-trained teachers and experts from ELI(the English Lan-guage Institute)in California,USA,to assist with the teacher trainingprogrammes for middle schools and primary schools.
