目的 试图找出与涎腺腺样囊性癌转移相关的基因。方法 应用抑制性消减杂交方法研究这两个细胞株基因表达上的差异。结果 相对于驱动子高转移细胞株ACC M ,在测试子低转移细胞株ACC 2中有 12个基因呈高表达。获得的基因序列中包括 10个已知序列及 2个新序列。新发现的 2个基因序列分别是血管生成抑制因子同源的囊性癌转移相关基因 (ACCmetastasis associatedRNH)和囊性癌转移相关蛋白 (ACCmetastasis associatedsuspectedprotein) ,已被GenBank登录 (登录号分别为AF5 2 2 0 2 4和AF5 2 2 0 2 5 )。结论 ACC M中部分基因的低表达或突变与肿瘤高转移特性的获得有关 ,为进一步探索该肿瘤转移控制和基因治疗提供了重要的分子生物学资料
Objective To find out the genes related to salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma metastasis. Methods Suppression subtractive hybridization was used to study the differences in gene expression between the two cell lines. Results Compared with ACC M, which is a sub-high metastatic cell line, 12 genes were highly expressed in the sub-low metastatic cell line ACC 2. The obtained gene sequence includes 10 known sequences and 2 new sequences. The newly discovered two genes were ACCmetastasis associatedRNH and ACCmetastasis associatedsusproteinprotein, respectively, which have been registered in GenBank (accession number AF522 0 2 4 and AF5 2 2 0 2 5). Conclusions The low expression or mutation of some genes in ACC M is associated with the high metastatic potential of ACC M, which provides important molecular biological data for further exploration of the metastasis control and gene therapy
