随着现代企业对人性认识的不断深入和心理学、管理学、经济学等学科的不断发展,企业中的领导者和管理者提出了许多更加具体的激励措施。但由于激励有其独特的复杂性,各种激励措施在企业中的实践往往面临困境,经验的缺乏以及对实际情况了解的欠缺使人们尤其是企业领导者和管理者感到迷茫。本文通过对激励和激励行为及其相关原则的阐述,向企业更好地运用激励行为管理员工提出合理的建议。
With the deepening of understanding of human nature by modern enterprises and the continuous development of psychology, management science and economics, many more specific incentives have been put forward by leaders and managers in enterprises. However, due to the unique complexity of incentives, the practice of various incentives in enterprises often faces difficulties. Lack of experience and lack of understanding of actual situations make people, especially business leaders and managers, confused. This paper elaborates the incentive and incentive behaviors and their related principles, and makes reasonable suggestions to the enterprises to better utilize the incentive behavior management staffs.
