随着经济一体化和信息科技的发展,各类组织都会面临者各种各样的困难和挑战,从而使得组织内部员工做出不符合工作任务要求的行为,将其定义为员工的反生产行为。员工反生产行为表现很多,但是在公共企业的大环境中,反生产行为的表现有一定的特点和规律可循。针对公共企业员工反生产行为的表现,对其进行控制是亟需解决的问题,从而提高员工的工作效率,提高组织绩效。
With the economic integration and the development of information technology, all kinds of organizations face various difficulties and challenges, which make the employees in the organization make the behaviors that do not meet the requirements of the work tasks and define them as the counterproductive behaviors of employees . There are many anti-production behaviors among employees, but in the general environment of public enterprises, anti-production behaviors have certain characteristics and laws to follow.
