Impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) is an early stage of type 2 diabetes. Increased insulin resistance is a major cause of impaired glucose tolerance in the progression of diabetes mellitus [1-2]. However, the extent of progression and related factors remain to be further studied establish. In this study, a group of patients with IGT as the research object. Insulin resistance in this group was observed
