一、煤矿井下架线电机车照明现状 随着煤矿的技术进步和发展,煤矿的主要生产环节之一——大巷电机车运输中,电机车的照明、声响告警、移动通讯等问题需要尽快得到解决。究其原因,其中电源问题是主要关键之一。煤矿架线电机车使用的电源为直流250V和550V两种,以250V的占多数。目前常用的变压方式是电阻降压,然后供照明声响、通讯等使用。由于煤矿井下环境条件差,运输巷道长,轨道连接不好,造成不同区域间电压变化范围很大(170V~320V间变化),致使电机车的照明、通讯、控制等所供电源时常处于不合要求的状态,引起故障率上升,损耗加大,各项技术指标达不到《煤矿安全规程》要求,存在一系列不安全因素。 多年来,电机车照明一直使用封闭型车灯,该种车灯灯泡参数为127V、100W,使用时两只灯泡串联接入250V架线电网,作前后灯使
