为克服锚系浮标只能在固定站位进行海洋环境观测的不足,研发了一种可以移动的无人海洋监测平台——海洋机动浮标,文章介绍了海洋机动浮标的总体结构,构建了机动浮标的机械结构模型,设计了机动浮标测控系统,叙述了机动浮标数据通信、运动控制以及机动浮标测控系统的人机界面,并给出了机动浮标在湖中测试的实例。海洋机动浮标具有自主地在较大区域开展海洋环境观测等能力,对于获取大范围的海洋环境信息具有较重要价值。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of anchoring buoys only observing the marine environment at fixed stations, a movable unmanned marine monitoring platform called ocean maneuver buoy was developed. The article introduced the overall structure of marine maneuver buoys and built a maneuver buoy , A man-machine interface of maneuvering buoy was designed. The man-machine interface of maneuvering buoy data communication, motion control and maneuvering buoy monitoring and control system was described. An example of maneuvering buoy testing in lake was given. Marine maneuvering buoys have the ability to carry out marine environment observation independently in a large area, which is of great importance for obtaining a wide range of marine environmental information.
