中资企业跨国经营失误的主要原因之一是对母国与东道国之间的文化差异处理不当。表现为:忽视母国与东道国之间的文化差异;低估母国与东道国之间的文化差异;重视但缺乏正确的跨文化差异处理措施。如何处理文化差异决定着中资企业跨文化经营的成败。从对部分中资企业跨国经营失误的案例探讨可知,中资企业若要在国际市场上进行成功的跨文化经营,首先要重视和正确对待母国文化与东道国之间的文化差异,其次必须根据本企业在国际化进程中所处的跨文化阶段,所要进入的市场情况,所进入市场与母国的文化差异及目前的跨文化差异处理理论与模式,构建一套适合本企业的跨文化差异处理模式。
One of the main reasons for the mistakes made by multinationals in Chinese-funded enterprises is the inappropriate handling of cultural differences between home and host countries. Manifested as: ignoring the cultural differences between home and host countries; underestimating the cultural differences between home and host countries; attaching importance to but lacking the correct cross-cultural differences. How to deal with cultural differences determines the success or failure of cross-cultural management of Chinese-funded enterprises. From the case study of the transnational management failures of some Chinese-funded enterprises, we can see that if Chinese-funded enterprises are to carry out successful intercultural management in the international market, we must first of all attach importance to and correctly handle the cultural differences between the home-country culture and the host country, and secondly, The cross-cultural stage in which enterprises enter the internationalization process, the market conditions to be entered, the cultural differences between the markets and their home countries and the current cross-cultural differences to deal with the theories and models, and a set of cross-cultural differences handling models suitable for the enterprises .
