钾钙对心脏的拮抗作用早已被观察到并作过研究。但高钾高钙同时作用对单个细胞动作电位影响的观察资料不多,实验动物种类有限。我们在离体蟾蜍的心电图观察到,高钾高钙对心室内传导的影响有部分拮抗作用,对QT间期的影响有明显协同作用。为深入观察细胞水平电活动基础,本实验研究了高钾、高钙以及高钾加高钙对蟾蜍心室肌跨膜电位的影响,并同时记录心电图。
The antagonism of potassium on heart has long been observed and studied. However, the effects of high potassium and high calcium on the action potentials of individual cells are limited, and the types of experimental animals are limited. We observed in vitro electrocardiogram of isolated toads that high potassium and high calcium partially antagonized the effects of intraventricular conduction and had a clear synergistic effect on the QT interval. In order to further observe the basis of cellular level electrical activity, this study investigated the effects of high potassium, high calcium and high potassium plus high calcium on ventricular transmembrane potential of toads, and at the same time recorded electrocardiogram.
