为了研究涡流电磁力包括涡流制动力的电磁吸力,在不同的相对运动速度下的变化规律,研制了轨道涡流制动试验台。通过分析涡流电磁力形成方向和范围,设计了两级测力机构,即安装在扇形支架内的测试电磁吸力的测试机构和安装在扇形支架外侧的测试涡流制动力的测试座。根据模拟制动能量和测试控制的要求,确定了轨道轮和惯性轮的结构及主轴传动机构等。提出了轨道涡流制动试验台的有关性能调试内容,并给出部分测试结果。
In order to study the variation law of electromagnetic force of eddy current electromagnetic force including eddy current braking force at different relative speed of motion, a rail eddy current braking test rig was developed. By analyzing the formation direction and range of eddy current, a two-level force measurement mechanism is designed, that is, a test mechanism for testing electromagnetic force installed in a fan-shaped bracket and a test seat for testing eddy-current braking force installed on the outside of the fan bracket. According to the requirements of simulated braking energy and test control, the structure of the track wheel and the flywheel and the spindle drive mechanism are determined. Proposed the eddy current brake test bench related performance debugging content, and gives some test results.
