国家教委于1990年8月印发的《九年义务教育全日制小学思想品德课教学大纲》(初审稿)明确规定:“思想品德课每学期都要考核,考核成绩要列入成绩册。考核内容要依据教学大纲和教材,着重考核学生的道德认识……”。这是对小学思想品德课考核的总的要求和原则规定。本文拟结合省、市的实际情况,谈谈对思想品德课考核应遵循的主要原则的看法。 第一,考核要体现把握层次、突出重点的原则 所谓把握层次即要体现出《大纲》所规定的教学序列。因为考试是为教学服务的,应当有利于教学,服从于教学,只有这样才能达到以考促教的目的。所谓突出重点,是要求执教者从整体出发,在帮助学生全面掌握
The “Syllabus for Ideological and Moral Education of Nine-year Compulsory Education for Primary Schools” issued by the State Education Commission in August 1990 clearly states: “The ideological and moral education curriculum must be assessed every semester, and assessment results should be included in the results. This is the general requirement and principle stipulation for the evaluation of ideological and moral education in primary schools. This article intends to discuss the main principles that should be followed in the assessment of ideological and moral classes in light of the actual situation in the province and the city. First, the assessment should reflect the principle of grasping the level and highlighting the key. The so-called grasping level must reflect the teaching sequence specified in the “Outline”.
