我国能源供应紧张,而建筑能耗巨大,浪费严重。目前实际建筑能耗已占全国总用能量的1/4左右,是耗能大户。随着城乡建筑的发展,人民生活水平的提高,建筑日常能耗将有继续上升的势头。因此,做好建筑节能是设计者一项不可推卸的责任。 我局地处东北地区,全年有1/2的时间为采暖期。全局每年建筑采暖耗煤近500万吨。采暖能耗大的主要原因,是建筑设计保温标准偏低,采暖设备效率不高,加上运行管理不善等。要想改变这种状况,就必需改变原有红砖作外围护结构,普通式木窗或钢窗等传统作法,大量采用节能建筑。目前,我
