文章主要是探讨跆拳道运动对儿童柔韧素质的影响,为儿童提高身体素质提供科学的锻炼手段,同时为跆拳道运动对儿童健身提供一定的科学理论依据。研究根据儿童生长发育的特点,对实验组受试者实施为期4个月的跆拳道训练。研究严格遵循柔韧素质指标测试方法,根据坐位体前屈测试数据的变化,并通过实验组与对照组的横向对比,与自身的纵向对比,来揭示跆拳道运动对儿童柔韧素质的影响。研究结果:实验组实验前、后相对比及和对照组相比,柔韧素质测试指标均有明显提高。
This article mainly discusses the impact of Taekwondo on children’s flexible qualities and provides scientific training methods for children to improve their physical fitness. At the same time, it provides some scientific theoretical basis for children’s fitness through Taekwondo. According to the characteristics of children’s growth and development, the participants in the experimental group were given 4-month Taekwondo training. The study strictly followed the method of flexible quality index test, and according to the change of seat body flexion test data, and through the horizontal comparison of the experimental group and the control group, compared with their longitudinal comparison to reveal the impact of Taekwondo on the flexible quality of children. Results: Compared with the control group before and after the experiment, the test indexes of the flexible quality of the experimental group were obviously improved.
