将采收的成熟青芒果,每4.5—5公斤用3或6克电石(碳化钙)或用400—300ppm的乙烯利进行处理。果实放在用报纸衬垫的纸箱中并紧密包裹,6克电石和800ppm的乙烯利均有良好的催熟效果,3.8天果熟(对照的8天),果实品质良好。
Harvested mature green mangoes are treated with 3 or 6 grams of calcium carbide (4.5-5 kg) per 4.5-5 kg or with ethephon of 400-300 ppm. The fruit was placed in a cardboard box lined with newspaper and tightly wrapped. 6 grams of calcium carbide and 800 ppm of ethephon all had good ripening effect and 3.8 days of fruit ripening (control 8 days) with good fruit quality.
