通过采用不同浓度的NaCl胁迫,研究NaCl对罗布麻种子的发芽率、发芽速度、发芽指数、胚根、胚芽的影响,并对解除盐胁迫后的发芽率、胚根和胚芽的生长进行测定分析。结果表明,低浓度的NaCl(≤50mmol/ L)促进种子萌发,高浓度的Nacl(≥200mmol/L)抑制种子萌发;NaCl溶液对罗布麻胚、胚根和胚芽的生长有明显的抑制作用,盐胁迫解除后,罗布麻种子的发芽率随原盐浓度增加呈降低的趋势。
The effects of NaCl on the germination rate, germination speed, germination index, radicle and germ of Apocynum venetum L. seeds were studied by NaCl stress. The germination rate, the growth of radicle and embryo were measured after salt stress was relieved . The results showed that low concentrations of NaCl (≤50mmol / L) promoted seed germination and high concentrations of Nacl (≥200mmol / L) inhibited seed germination. NaCl solution significantly inhibited the growth of embryo, radicle and germ, After salt stress was relieved, the germination rate of Apocynum venetum seeds decreased with the increase of salt concentration.
