作为我国推行保障安居计划,提高中低收入阶层生活质量的重大措施之一,廉租房正面临着严重的融资困境。根据建设部向国务院提交的汇报资料,我国廉租房建设每年面临资金缺口达400亿元之巨。在开辟廉租房多元化融资渠道和方式中,最可行、最能解决问题、最有战略意义的融资手段就是设立和发行廉租房REITs。
As one of the major measures in our country to promote the housing security plan and improve the quality of life for the middle and low income groups, low-cost housing is facing serious financing difficulties. According to the report submitted by the Ministry of Construction to the State Council, the construction of low-rent housing in our country faces a huge deficit of 40 billion yuan every year. In opening up diversified financing channels and ways for low-rent housing, the most feasible and the most problem-solving means the most strategic means of financing is to set up and issue REITs for low-rent housing.
