目前我国在组合机床及其自动线上进行高精度孔加工,都是使用具有高精度和高刚度双排短圆柱滚动轴承的金刚镗头,加工精度很难长期稳定,而当轴承磨损以后又很难维修,因而在组合机床及其自动线上实现一级孔的加工一直是关键工序。 为满足高精度的一级孔加工的要求,我所于1976年与常州机床厂联合研制了一种采用薄膜反馈静压轴承的金刚镗头(以下简称静压镗头),用以进行一级孔加工的试验研究,取得了一定的技术经济效果,并准备在自动线上采用。
