关于习练太极拳引起膝盖损伤疼痛的问题,论述已然不少,近来更看到有人在太极皇后高佳敏膝盖问题上做文章,可见人们仍然在关注这个问题。我练拳近三十年,今年81岁,也曾有过膝盖不适、打软、局部疼痛的现象,但现在膝盖粗壮,双腿有力,走路爬山、屈膝跳跃、慢练支撑都基本不成问题。我想这与几十年比较正确地习练太极拳有很大关系。当前的情况是,大多数人由于科学施练,练法正确,膝盖完好无损,甚至强壮有力;但也仍经常听到有人讲练拳以后膝盖疼痛,甚至肿胀,因而放弃练拳,半途而废的
There have been many expositions on the problem of pain in knee injury caused by practicing Taijiquan. Recently, I have seen people pay more attention to the knee problem of Tai Chi Queen Gao Jia Min. People are still paying attention to this issue. I practiced boxing for nearly thirty years and was 81 years old this year. I also had knee discomfort, soft and local pain. But now my knees are strong, my legs are strong, I walk and climb, knees and jumps, and I slowly support. I think this has a lot to do with practicing Taijiquan more properly for decades. The current situation is that most people practice well because of science practice, and their knees are intact and even strong. However, people still often hear the pain and swelling of knees after practicing the exercises, and thus abandon practice and give up halfway.
