本研究以赣州市高校教师、高校场馆管理人员、各系院领导为调查对象,全面了解赣州市高校教师参与休闲体育现状。找出高校教师参与休闲体育过程中遇到的问题及影响因素。结果表明:(1)赣州市高校教师对休闲体育活动的价值认知以及目的追求上存在着较大的差异性;且高校教师职称的不同成为他们从事休闲体育活动的目的的重要影响因素。(2)在休闲体育活动项目的选择上,赣州市高校教师以选择小球项目居多,尤其集中在小球中的羽毛球和乒乓球。在活动组织形式上较喜欢俱乐部的组织形式。(3)赣州市高校男、女教师参与休闲体育锻炼频率主要以2“-3次/周居多;此外,在单次参与休闲体育活动的持续时间上,高校教师多为20-50分钟。(4)场地设施短缺、工作压力大、运动技术欠缺。是限制赣州市高校教师参与休闲体育活动的主要因素。
In this study, the teachers of colleges and universities in Ganzhou, university venues managers, the leaders of the various departments of the investigation for a comprehensive understanding of college teachers in Ganzhou to participate in the status quo of leisure sports. Identify the problems encountered by university teachers in the process of leisure sports and its influencing factors. The results show that: (1) there is a great difference in the value cognition and purpose pursuit of college and university teachers in Ganzhou; and the difference of title of college teachers becomes an important factor for them to engage in recreational and sports activities. (2) On the choice of recreational sports activities, college teachers in Ganzhou mainly choose the small ball projects, especially the badminton and table tennis in the small ball. In the form of activities more like club organization. (3) The frequency of male and female teachers participating in recreational physical training in colleges and universities in Ganzhou is mainly 2 ”- 3 times / week. In addition, the duration of single participation in recreational sports activities is more than 20-50 minutes for college teachers. (4) The shortage of venue facilities, work pressure, and lack of sports skills are the main factors that limit the participation of university teachers in recreational sports activities in Ganzhou.
