课堂观察对改善学生课堂学习、促进教师专业发展和形成学校合作文化等都有着极其重要的意义,而量表在课堂观察中的使用无疑可以推进观察的专业化发展。笔者结合课堂观察和案例分析两种科学有效的方法,联系小学数学课堂实际,选取适切的观察点,开发符合学科特色以及观察需求的量表并付诸实践。通过对量表记录内容的统计及分析,用科学的教育理论阐释教育现象,分析其存在问题并给出改进建议。
Classroom observation plays an extremely important role in improving students ’classroom learning, promoting teachers’ professional development and forming a school cooperation culture. However, the use of the scale in classroom observation undoubtedly promotes the specialization of observation. Combining the two methods of classroom observation and case analysis, the author, in connection with the actual situation of primary mathematics classroom, selects suitable observation points and develops a scale that meets the needs of the subject and observation needs. Through the statistics and analysis of the contents of the scale records, the educational phenomenon is explained by the scientific educational theory, the existing problems are analyzed and suggestions for improvement are given.
